Byju’s is Providing its Learning App to Children of Maharashtra Police Officials for Free

While our nation is down with Pandemic, we have seen many examples of humanity! People say that the rich aren’t very generous. However, during this COVID19 crisis, many large corporations are playing a key role in improving the lives of people. Many companies came forward to donate to the PM Care fund.

But, there are many leading companies, which paved out their own way to contribute to society. Byju’s is one such e-learning application, well-known for providing home-based learning to the students. When the Mumbai Police is forefront is our Fight Against Corona, they received a lot of appreciations from everywhere.

It is noteworthy, that many Mumbai Police Officers also lost their life while fighting corona. Our fight against corona is still on and Byju’s came forward to say thanks to all the police officers of Maharashtra Police! Through this offer, all the children of Maharashtra Police officers can take online lessons through this application.

What is Byju’s saying about this initiative?

Speaking on this initiative, Byju’s Chief Operating Officer, Mrinal Mohit says,

“Our police forces have gone beyond the call of duty at this time of crisis to safeguard the health and safety of citizens. We want to express our gratitude towards these COVID-warriors and as a learning company, the most impactful way to demonstrate our solidarity is by ensuring that their children have access to the best learning solution from the comfort of their homes. The wards of Maharashtra Police officials will be able to access and learn from for free from our app. We hope our initiative gives our brave officials one less thing to worry about during this uncertain time.”

It is noteworthy that the students can not only take online classes but also can appear in practical assessments. They can also participate in interactive videos for their thorough learning.




Thanking them, the Police Commissioner of Pune, Dr. K Venkatesham said,

“This initiative will help close to 1 lakh officials in the state and we would like to thank them for taking a step to help the officials who are relentlessly protecting the people of the country.”

Such contributions from corporations result in the success of the nation. Kudos to Byju’s team.
