She revealed that when a passenger enters the flight, the attendants do not want them to judge them based on their uniform or flying attire but their moto is to spark trust inside the passenger that if any emergency arrives, then these crew members are their point of contact and they are ready to serve you.
Not only this, but flight attendants judge the passengers and find the ABPs. ABP in the aviation industry stands for able body person. When the flight attendants see you from top to bottom, they decide whether you are the one who can help them in an emergency by cooperating with them or not. And if something comes up, they ask you to help.
