India has significantly improved its passport from last year’s ranking by rising 5 spots and is now ranked 80th in the latest Henley Passport Index. Indian passport holders need a visa to enter 177 destinations across the world in countries like China, the United States, Russia,  Japan, and the entire European Union. The Henley Passport Index rankings are based on the number of destinations their holders can access without a prior visa, largely based on data from the International Air Transport Association (IATA). The other two countries along with India at rank 80 are Senegal and Togo.

People from Singapore who have the country’s passport can visit 192 travel destinations out of 227 around the world visa-free. Singapore is now officially the most powerful passport in the world. Italy, Germany, and Spain have moved up to 2nd place with visa-free access to 190 countries visa-free.
