Life is too short to enjoy and have fun and if you had a mad boss then you got to forget the word enjoy, All you will have to do is work and listen to his shit all day long and that might disturb your daily routine also. If a survey is to be believed, 77% of people are stressed and frustrated with their job at some or the other point in life because of their mad boss.
You might also get lucky once in a while if you have a charismatic, exceptional and super humble boss who will encourage you to take your work to the next level and also appreciate it.
One such super generous boss is the founder of mixed martial arts company Evolve, Mr. Chatri Sityodtong. You will ask why ? Because Sityodtong took all 100 of his employees to Maldives got made them stay at a five star resort because his company got a 30% of hike this year. As a gesture of appreciation he took everyone for the trip. Isn’t is amazing.
This is not the first time he has take his employees to a vacation.
Mr. Chatri Sityodtong said “EVERY YEAR, I TAKE THE ENTIRE TEAM ON AN ALL-EXPENSES-PAID TRIP TO A FIVE-STAR LUXURY RESORT AT A SURPRISE DESTINATION. MANY OF MY STAFF WOULD LOVE TO TRAVEL THE WORLD, BUT DO NOT HAVE THE MEANS TO DO SO.”
