Ho Van Lang, who is 49 years old, spent his half of life in the Vietnamese jungle along with his dad and brother Tri about 41 years. Dad Ho Van Thanh left the city with his sons after the post-US bomb took away his wife and two of his other children during the Vietnam War in the year 1972.

When they were living in the jungle, they came across only five other people over the four decades – and ran away from them every time.

But eight years ago the three of them were ‘rescued’ from their away life in the Tay Tra district of Quang Ngai province, and given a space in a local village where women also live.

Supposedly his dad never took the initiative to explain them to his son.

Alvaro Cerezo, who searched for the family on the year 2015. They always escaped when they saw people from a distance.

‘More surprising still is that today, despite being able to distinguish between men and women, he still doesn’t know the essential difference between them”.

” I can assure you that Lang has never had sexual desire and his reproductive instinct has never shown its head in any of its many facets.’

As per the Docastaway, Lang is used to hunting for prey at any cost and can eat and can live completely without any material luxuries.

His diet takes into account fruit, honey, monkey, snake, lizard and frog – and supposedly his favourite part of a rat is the head.

His brother Tri labelled him as a ‘baby in a man’s body.
