A Guy From New Zealand Has Quit his Full-Time Job To Play Pokémon Go

Tom Currie has already left for his journey and has caught 700 creatures till now of 50 kilometres he has travelled.  Tom said “I’m level 20 at the moment, which was the highest I’d seen until I came to Christchurch, there are some better players here.”

Tom Currie has already visited six towns and has booked over 20 bus trips in and around New Zealand. He has captured 90 of the 151 Pokémon released by Pokemon Go in the Game. Tom said he desperately needed a break as he has been working for straight 6 years.

Tom is not spending much on this trip and has limited his budget by sleeping over in dormitories or at friends couches. Even few transport companies have offered him to take him to remote places/villages in New Zealand to catch rear Pokemon.

Keep Hunting Tom and we wish you catch all the Pokemon ! All the best !
