This so-called playful act has had its place in many festivities, like a sprinkle-laden rite of passage. But, hidden underneath the layers of happiness and laughter happens to have a divisive practice that has aggravated more than a few raised eyebrows.

In a very new wedding story, a new bride announced that she wanted a divorce when her husband without any warning, put cake on her face at their reception.
The Independent stated that the bride had already informed her husband to avoid doing this before their wedding. The woman said, “My only hard-and-fast rule was that he would not rub cake in my face at the reception. Being a reasonable man who knows me well, he didn’t. Rather, he grabbed me by the back and shoved my head down into it.”
She also revealed that the groom had the intention to smear cake on her face regardless of her constant request not to, as he had made available extra cupcakes for everyone to enjoy.
Despite the efforts of her friends and family to calm her and bring forth a reconsideration, stood by her decision. She was determined in her choice and refused to grant him another chance.
