The Guangxi China Resources Tower, at about 2.93 million square feet, is the 18th tallest building in China and the 37th tallest building in the world. It is a combined use of a design that takes into account a hotel, office spaces, and retail.
About 60% of the 86-story structure’s lettable space, or 272,000 square meters, will be captured by offices. About 6,000 square meters of retail space and a Shangri-La Nanning hotel with 336 rooms are also being discussed.
