Well, Lauren Bruzzone, a 75-year-old grandma goes to the gym and kills it. She spends time doing hard-core weight training that includes difficult push-up variations, and weighted pull-ups, that also work on her balance, deadlifts, etc.

There is a myth that if old people exercise too much it can cause stress to their bodies, and they might end up suffering an injury. Lauren is a professor by profession and likes to spend time in the gym working out in her “free time”. She started her gym sessions with a simple pull-up exercise but now, the sky’s the limit for her. She works out weighted planks, Bosu ball push-ups, bench presses, and extreme planks.
