When Sonam decided to marry someone outside the industry, it became the talk of the town. The beautiful couple dabbles houses between Mumbai, Delhi and London. Anand Ahuja is based in Delhi and owns a Rs 173 crore mansion in the National capital. His father bought a bungalow on Prithviraj Road in 2015. The house initially belonged to the owner of Variety Book Depot, Om Arora, who later sold it to Anand’s grandfather. Their bungalow spreads across 3170 square yards of lush area. The couple’s mansion is also called the Sher Mukhi bungalow. This is because the shape of the house is reportedly narrow in the back and wide in the front.
Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and Anand Ahuja gave their Instagram family a virtual tour of their massive Delhi bungalow during the lockdown. The bedroom of the couple follows an all-white tone. The four-poster bed fits right into the aesthetic vibe of their master bedroom. The highlight of the lavish mansion is a huge tree-clad lawn and also the flow of natural lighting throughout the house. The bungalow has a classy wooden finish that gives it an elegant and classic look. The mansion even has a basketball court where the Ahuja brothers often play and spend quality time together.
Titled ‘Snapshots of Quarantine’, Sonam posted a series of pictures on her Instagram handle that showed us everything from the couple’s gorgeous bedroom to their kitchen, study, living room, and even Ahuja’s wide sneaker collection.
