It is expected that the traffic congestion will ease once the Bandra-Versova Sea Link project in Mumbai is completed.

It is expected that the work on Bandra-Versova Sea Link will begin soon as the Maharashatra government has already approved the Rs 7,502 crore project. It has been 8 years since the project was approved by the state Cabinet Committee on Infrastructure.
The New Sea Link will be an extension to Bandra-Worli Sea Link and the roads will connect to Juhu Link Road, Versova Link Road, Bandra. The government said that there will be 4 toll plaza 1) Juhu-Koliwada 2) Carter Road 3) Bandra 4) Nana-Nani Park.
The tender of the construction will float in coming next 4 months. The Maharashtra Government has not yet told when the work will begin or the deadline to complete the project.
