It is a viral TikTok video that shows a man using a 3-month-old baby to wipe snow off his car’s windshield. The footage was filmed in Texas and has gone viral on the Internet at lightning speed leaving netizens in shock. The case is now under police investigation landing the man in legal trouble.
25-year-old Texas man from Port Author is now under investigation by police and Child Protective Services for using his 3-year-old to clean snow off his car.
Police confirmed that it was indeed a baby and not a doll.

Posted on a TikTok account that goes by the name @heaven_is_psyco, the video shows how a man is repeatedly moving an infant to and fro on his car’s windshield, allegedly, to clear the snow off it. The clip has circulated all over social media triggering feelings of shock, anger, and concern among the viewers. The 25-year-old man is now under police investigation as the Child Protective Services have nabbed him down for using his 3-year-old like a doll. The video has now been taken down from the platform.
After the public outcry online about the abusive nature of the video, the authorities have gotten in contact with the man and are about to pursue child endangerment charges against him. Despite the shocking stunt, the child fortunately remains unharmed after the incident. However, it is a stark reminder to not go off your limits just for the sake of social media attention.
