Not long ago, a flight attendant working for Virgin Atlantic posted a story of her recent favourite passenger. This traveller who was the most humble man and kindhearted was on a flight with a first-class ticket. The flight attendant named Leah Amy posted the story that she saw on Facebook which has by now surpassed 2,000 shares and over 7,000 likes.
She reveals that passengers, by the name Jack and Violet, took not too much time to develop an instant friendship at the airport itself. She continued by saying that Jack meant that Violet would “get more” out of his first-class seat rather than him sitting there. Violet who is 88, was supposedly seated in coach seating and had revealed that it would be her bucket list item to sit at the front of the plane.
It was then, Jack selflessly lent his first-class seat to Violet and instead took her economy seat which was “directly next to the toilets” in the back of the plane. It was then, Jack selflessly lent his first-class seat to Violet and instead took her economy seat which was “directly next to the toilets” in the back of the plane.
Post she agreed to the offer, Jack sat in the economy seat next to the toilet without any peeking and sat there silently. Leah informed me he made “no fuss, no attention, literally did it out of the kindness of his own heart, no one asked him to.”
“You should have seen her face when I tucked her in her bed after supper”, she revealed. She said her daughter didn’t actually believe it, and henceforth she needed a ‘selfie’ to establish her point, but unfortunately, she didn’t have a phone or an email address. She also wrote, “Of the hundreds of flights I’ve operated, I’ve had the pleasure of looking after footballers, supermodels and some Hollywood movie stars but let me tell you about my two favourite passengers EVER! Jack and Violet (I wish she was called Vera or Rose). ”
