Meet this Saudi man who has asserted on marry 53 times in about 63 years, in an attempt to find “peace and stability”. He is called the ‘polygamist of the century, this man who is 63, informed the reason for his various marriages, according to him it was his “search for a woman who could make him happy”, informed Gulf News.

Telling his weird story, he informed that “when I married for the first time, I did not plan to marry more than one woman because I was feeling comfortable and had children”.

This Saudi man, recognized as Abu Abdullah, informed that, although, after some time, due to various “problems”, he decided to tie a knot again at the age of 23.

“When I married for the first time, I did not plan to marry more than one woman because I was feeling comfortable and had children,” he said. “But after a while, problems happened and I decided to marry again when I was 23 years old and I informed my wife of my decision.”

He added that various problems acted as a barrier between him and his wives, eventually forcing him to tie the knot again. “I married 53 women over long periods. The first was when I was 20 years and she was six years older than me,” he said, according to an article.

Abu Abdullah also informed that the last time his one of his marriages lasted was a one-night event. He further said that majority of his marriages were to Saudi women, but he has also tied a knot with foreigners during his outside business trips. “I used to stay for three to four months. So I married to protect myself from vice,” he said.

“Every man in the world wishes to have one woman and remain with her forever… Stability is not to be found with a young woman, but with an old one,” Abdullah stated.

At this time, the polygamist, Abu Abdullah is supposedly now committed to one woman. If we are to believe him, he has made a decision not to remarry.
