In this incident which took place in Washington, U.S., this woman helped herself out of a shallow grave where she was supposedly buried by her husband. Fortunately, she saved her life, went on, and dialed for help through her Apple watch. Here are the details of the incident.
The woman was supposedly stabbed, along with duct tape, and was buried alive in a shallow grave located by the woods by her husband. But she fought out a way to dig herself out and dialed 911 through her Apple Watch calling for help.
As per the reports, this shocking incident took place on the afternoon of the day 16 October. Officials who helped the woman said that the woman was abducted from her house by her husband, who supposedly told her he would instead kill her rather than give her his retirement money.
The woman in the story is Young Sook An who is 42 years old. Her husband Chae Kyong An who is 53 years old although doesn’t live with her but would come by to do laundry, as per their daughter the man attacked her at the house he used to share with her at around 1.00 pm on Sunday, October 16. The two of them are on the way to a divorce and was supposedly fighting over money.
As per the Thurston County Superior Court filing, when Young Sook eventually managed to save herself and dialed the police, she had duct tape still tied out around her neck, lower face, and ankles.
According to the reports, Chae Kyong An now going through charges of first-degree attempted murder, and first-degree kidnapping along with first-degree assault although he is yet to have been officially charged. He was booked into county Jail on Tuesday and has been held without bail since Wednesday.
