Sometimes we find some animals cute and want to cuddle them even if they’re dangerous. For instance, take snapping turtles! These creatures can look calm and cute but are quite dangerous and trying to go near them can only harm you. Forget about holding them and trying to kiss one! You are only going to invite trouble for yourself if you’re trying to hold or cuddle and in the worst case trying to kiss a snapping turtle. A guy in the Chinese Fujian Province had the opportunity to see a snapping turtle up close and hold it.
For whatever reason, unfortunately, he thought it would be a great idea to kiss the turtle and you can only imagine what happened next. The snapping turtle that the guy held and tried to kiss was a pet that was about to be released. It’s not native to China and has been damaging its ecosystem. These specific kinds of snapping turtles do require a lot of expert handling, and that surely doesn’t include holding them so close and kissing. Well, the man was lucky that the snapping turtle didn’t take off part of his lips.
